Products, prices and payment

• Product options, materials, sizes and prices are shown on each product page. Please check the details before ordering.
• Prices are in pounds sterling and include taxes where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
• Payment is taken securely by Stripe Checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is confirmed by email after payment is accepted.
• If an item is unavailable or a clear pricing error is found before acceptance, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. The service, charge and dispatch estimate are shown at checkout. We send an order confirmation by email and tracking information when the parcel is dispatched, if tracking is available.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

You can cancel most online orders within 14 days after receiving the goods and then have a further 14 days to return them. The full process and return address are on our returns page. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods have separate statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.
